COMPANY PROFILE

Abudawood Industrial Co. Ltd. (AIC) is an independent company working within a larger group of companies. It is able to offer distribustion within Saudi Arabia together with marketing support through the Group. AIC also exports to GCC and other Arab countries.

AIC started manufacturing in 1983 in Jeddah. By 1985, the company had relocated to a new plant on a 13500 sq. metre site on the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu in Madinat Yanbu Al Sinaiyah, where the provision of modern infrastructure, communications and utilities provided AIC with a low cost manufacturing base.

Since start-up in 1983, the company has achieved impressive growth. With ample space available for future expansion and with the continuing support of government agencies, the Group and its customers, AIC is well placed to play a stronger role within the industry and community.

COMPANY OBJECTIVES

AIC aims to be a quality leader in the manufacture of cleaning and maintenance chemical products, overprint coatings and print consumables in Saudi Arabia.

AIC also offers prospective clients its skills and expertise to manufacture most types of products on a toll (contract) manufacturing or similar basis.

FUTURE PLANS AND TRENDS

The company is expanding into related products and developing export markets in neighbouring countries.

AIC will continuously seek to identify and aquire those skills and capabilities which will allow the company to maintain its competitive advantage.
